Taken at Bon?ida Banffy Castle. This time I tried something a bit different and didn't focus on the main building. The tower appears to be quite old and in a very poor state, yet the adjacent building is an a perfect condition (it cannot be seen in this photograph; the window from the far background is actually from the main building). I have no clue what its story is, but it would be something interesting to look into.

I can't believe how magic this place can be. Maybe one day we will be able to see it fully restored, regaining its lost glory. But maybe then it will also lose some of its magic; who knows? Either way, it would be a pity if a place like this remains forgotten.

What if the notion of verticality would be relative?
