The Simplest GreaseMonkey Script - Javascript Clock

Today I finally took the time to have a look over GreaseMonkey. What I found odd was the apparent lack of "Hello World" samples or simple tutorials. I read the common pitfalls from the manual and I also skimmed through most of the manual, but I must admit that was a little bit boring.

"The Old Man and the Sea", by Ernest Hemingway

It took me a lot more time than I initially expected to finish this novel, but I think it's better to read it slowly, over a longer period.

"One Hundred Years of Solitude", by Gabriel García Márquez

I was a bit reticent of writing about "One Hundred Years of Solitude", as it seemed quite unusual, at least compared to the other books that I've read. First of all, it reminded me of those texts from school, full of symbols and metaphors - and not that much action, where you had to pay attention to some details as they provided important clues for understanding the overall book.

"My Little Husband", by Pascal Bruckner

After a break of roughly six months, I came across another excellent book by Pascal Bruckner, "My Little Husband" ("Mon Petit Mari"). It strongly resembles "The Divine Child", especially in style - very funny in some parts, but also quite deep.

"Certificate error" while installing a self made midlet on S60

After struggling for a few hours, I've finally managed to pin point the cause of the "Certificate error. Contact the application developer" message that I was getting while trying to install a self made Java ME application on my Nokia E71 mobile phone.

After Dark

After Dark

I haven't been very active recently, especially with regard to photography. The last weeks were quite busy and hectic, but hopefully things will get back to normal soon. I find it very hard to focus on something when my life lacks any form of stability - it feels like everything that I do is completely without sense and chaotic.

It's the journey that matters

It's the journey that matters

As I was looking for a quote to accompany the photo, I became obsessed with the words "void", "zero". It was supposed to be something like - all of us have dreams, ambitions and desires - but what happens when they are fulfilled?
